WINNER!
Congratulations to Clockwork, coming in with a time of 45:06:00! Fantastic result in a tough weather year. Well done to Peter, Peter, Matt, Tom and Neil.
YellowBrick tracking is LIVE!
Track the race live! Once the race starts at twelve noon on Friday 18 May, the race can be followed on the interactive map on our home page, or using the YellowBrick apps on phones or tablets (search for Scottish Islands Peaks Race 2018).
All teams will be carrying trackers for the sailing parts of the race, and some will opt to take the trackers on the hills as well. (So don’t panic if it looks like your favourite yacht has suddenly become a bit too cozy with land.)
Don’t forget you can also follow the race on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Send us your photos and videos, share updates, or ask questions — we’ll be there and happy to talk to you!
The leaderboard on the tracker site is not accurate to our race rules. So be sure to check back here for results.
T-shirts! Get your t-shirts!
Race merchandise is now available for pre-order – get those orders in by 1 May if you want them ready and waiting for you at race start.
2018 entries now open
Entries for the 2018 Scottish Islands Peaks Race are now open! And if that wasn’t exciting enough, we’ve also got online entry forms this year…
New website
Drum roll please… it’s alive! Welcome to the fresh new look SIPR website. There’s still some tweaks to be made and updates to finish, but overall we are up and running. If you experience any bugs or see any errors, please let us know. That’s all part of the growing pains and your assistance and patience is greatly appreciated.
Check back next week (and keep an eye on our social media sites) when entries for the 2018 race will be open. Potentially with online entry forms.
SIPR 2018 dates
The next Scottish Islands Peaks Race will start at noon on 18 May 2018. Entries will open in January.

2017 race trackers
Track the race live! The entire fleet will carry YellowBrick trackers this year, though not all teams will use them on the hills. The race can be viewed by going directly to our page on the YB site, or by downloading the YB Tracking app on your smartphone or tablet (choose SIPR 2017 from the menu).
